The Lagos State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, Adedotun Keshinro has reassured that the Command will leave no stone unturned in the fight against unlicensed private security practitioners.
According to him, the quacks deliver unauthorized and unprofessional security services to unsuspecting residents in the state.
In an interview with our Correspondent Titi Adeaga, Keshinro stressed the need to develop new operational strategies, which would further cement the already established synergy between the state Command and the Association of Licensed Private Security Practitioners of Nigeria.
He urged the public to always take necessary precautions when hiring security guards.
Keshinro stressed that the command has a department dedicated to the monitoring of the activities of private guard companies to check irregularities and violations.
