British Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak says his government would cut tax after a fall in inflation.
The Prime Minister spoke on Monday, ahead of the week’s budget update when Finance Minister, Jeremy Hunt would announce how to speed up the stagnant economy.
Sunak said his government needed to prioritise lowering the tax burden but would not repeat the unfunded tax cut plan that his predecessor Liz Truss announced last year, triggering turmoil in bond markets.
