Two South African ministers have been implicated in an Eskom corruption investigation that has left the country with low electricity supply.
Former Eskom CEO, Andre de Ruyter launched the private investigation because of the poor support from law enforcement agencies.
Reports say the implicated cabinet members cover their tracks exceptionally to avoid detection.
