President Muhammadu Buhari has signed into law the Appropriation Bill, 2023, saying his decision to sign the Bill into law was to enable its implementation commence without delay.
This, the president explained, was to consider the imminent transition process to another democratically elected government.
He noted that the National Assembly introduced new projects into the budget proposal for which it had appropriated seven hundred and seventy point seven-two billion naira.
