Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has harped on the need to create a space for women in government to facilitate socio-economic development.
The Governor who was the chief host of the twenty second edition of the National Women’s Conference, themed:”Spring Forth, Stand Out”, however said the event was a clarion call for women to reinvent themselves in the face of new normal.
Special Guest at the conference and Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, who commended Governor Sanwo-Olu administration’s tenacity and efforts toward bringing development to the state, supported the conference with three hundred Million naira on behalf of women of Rivers State.
