President Muhammadu Buhari has celebrated foremost Quantity Surveyor, Deacon Samson Dikki, who contributed greatly to the physical development of Sokoto and Kebbi States, as he turned Seventy on Saturday.
In a congratulatory message by his spokesman, Femi Adesina, the President rejoiced with the family, friends and associates of Dikki.
President Buhari noted with delight that Dikki had impacted greatly on the two states in the areas of Architecture and Building, while in the civil service, and wished him length of days and good health.
The President, who lauded the Deacon for combining service to God and humanity, both at community and state levels, recommended such devotion to the younger generation.
