Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu says his administration will continue to support foreign innovations that will bring development and growth to Nigeria.
Governor Sanwo-Olu stated this in a chat with Journalists, after a closed door meeting with the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who paid him a courtesy call at the Lagos House Marina.
The Governor commended Prince Harry for using the Invictus Games, to help serving members of the Military, as well as veterans in overcoming physical, or mental health illness, as well as, injury, enhancing their sense of belonging, and increased self-esteem.
Governor Sanwo-Olu assured the Duke and the Duchess of Lagos state government support whenever the Invictus Games was brought to Nigeria.
The Governor urged them to explore the many historical sites in Nigeria to be abreast of the rich cultural heritage of the country.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were received by members of Lagos Executives in the company of the Chief of Defence Staff, Christopher Musa.
