Nigerians will soon know the scale of what transpired at the Central Bank Nigeria, CBN, during the tenure of Godwin Emefiele with the release of the special investigator’s probe.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume revealed this during a briefing on the programme for the 63rd Independence Day anniversary of the country.
He noted that the CBN now has a new team and a special investigator has been in the bank already.
Akume who is the chairman, organising committee of this year’s Independence anniversary added that President Bola Tinubu had made a very sound decision at the Apex Bank, which led to the massive improvement in the capital market, as revealed by experts
