The Federal Government has said it successfully evacuated all Nigerians that were stranded in the crisis-ridden Sudanese capital, Khartoum.
Permanent Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Doctor Sani Gwarzo, disclosed this when he received the second batch of one hundred and thirty evacuees at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
Gwarzo said, among the one hundred and thirty evacuees two are men while the rest are women and children.
He also explained that the one hundred thousand naira stipend given to the evacuees was a life-saving support to the people coming from a distress situation.
