The United States says it is sending one thousand five hundred troops to bolster resources at its southern border ahead of an expected surge of migrants.
In a statement, the country said the troops would join two thousand, five hundred National Guard members already in place and support the work of border agents.
Title forty-two, a Trump-era policy that empower the government to automatically expel undocumented migrants, would expire on eleventh May.
