Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has expressed the need for Africa to develop an education curriculum that will be relevant to the changing world and available jobs.
The Vice President, emphasised this in Nairobi, Kenya, while featuring as a panelist at the first session of the 2023 Mo Ibrahim Governance Forum themed, “Africa in the World: Multiple Assets.’’
Osinbajo, who spoke on what the future holds for Africa with regards to the creative industry, education among others, said there was the need to have a clarity of vision on where Africa was heading, in terms of education.
He said there was a need to give Africa’s young persons a sense of belonging, with promises that could be made and delivered, as education was about youth demographics.
