The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has presented Certificates of Return to Senators-Elect newly elected at the National Assembly elections which held on Saturday, February 25.
The Certificates were presented on geo-political basis to the lawmakers-elect on Tuesday, at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.
Some of the newly elected lawmakers who spoke with our correspondent after receiving their certificates promised not to disappoint Nigerians.
They pledged to use their office to push for the good of the Nigerian people.
Some of the Senators-Elect that received their certificates of return on Tuesday include former Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomole, Senator Abba Moro, Ireti Kingibe, Goodwill Akpabio, among others.
House of representatives-elect are expected to receive their certificates of return today 8th March.
