The Federal Road Safety Corps FRSC, Kuje Unit, has cautioned motorcycle operators against recklessness, to forestall road accidents in the area during the Yuletide.
FRSC Unit Commander, Kuje, Eugene Nwabuike, made the remark shortly after a sensitisation campaign for motorcyclists in Kuje area of the FCT.
Nwabuike said the sensitisation became necessary to ensure that accidents were reduced on the roads before, during and after the `ember’ months.
The unit commander stated that the Kuje Unit had put some measures in place to discourage speeding, dangerous driving and other road vices, which oftentimes resulted in road accidents.
