The All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, has unveiled a Crowdfund App, to mobilise funds for the campaign of the presidential candidate of the party, Bola Tinubu, and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima.
According to the council, the Crowdfund App will give more citizens a sense of belonging and deepen democracy in the country.
Speaking at the unveiling of the App, Shettima, said the initiative was aimed at leveraging on technology to engender donations toward the party’s presidential campaign intervention.
In his remarks, Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, said the event was not just about funding but to ensure the use of creative minds and technology during the campaign.
Earlier, the State Deputy Governor, Doctor Obafemi Hamzat, said the party would ensure that Small and medium-sized enterprises and Nigerians have access to credit facilities.
