Lagos State House of Assembly has directed the Clerk, Olalekan Onafeko to transmit the resolution of the assembly on the Fifth Alteration Bill 2022 ,1999 Constitution Amendment, to the National Assembly.
The Chairman, House Committee on Information, Setonji David stated this in a chat with Journalists in Lagos.
The Clerk of the National Assembly, Amos Ojo, on thirty-first March, transmitted the forty-four passed Constitution alteration bills to all the state assemblies for their concurrence.
David said the house had sent the input of the Lagos Assembly on the forty-four alteration bills, which included the positions taken by the House in respect of the bills.
