Nigeria’s former President, Goodluck Jonathan, has urged the church to continue to pray for the peace and unity of the country ahead of the 2023 general elections while stressing that the current state of affairs in the nation should not give room for blame game.
Speaking at the re-dedication of the remodeled Methodist Cathedral of Unity in Zone three area of Abuja advised the church to constantly stand in the place of prayer for Nigeria despite the numerous persecutions being faced.
The former president called on citizens to agree as a nation and as a people adding that we should continue to work together as one.
