The presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu; Party’s National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu and fourteen Governors have stormed Ekiti to rally support for the party’s candidate in Saturday’s governorship election, Biodun Oyebanji.
Among Governors present were Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos; Dapo Abiodun of Ogun; Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo; Nasir El-rufai of Kaduna among others.
Addressing the mammoth crowd at the Ekiti Parapo Pavilion, Tinubu who represented President Muhammadu Buhari, said the ruling party was poised to win the governorship election.
He said nothing will stop the party from winning the election, which he described as the first test after his emergence as the party’s standard bearer in the twenty-twenty-three presidential election.
